When you use PetLLM, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account, and photos you upload to generate your pet's 3D model.
We also collect usage data automatically, including app interactions, feature usage, and device information to improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate your pet's 3D model from uploaded photos
- To power the AI conversation and personality system
- To send you waitlist updates and product announcements
- To improve and debug the app
3. Photo Data
Photos you upload are processed to generate a 3D model. Initial analysis happens on-device where possible. Images sent to our servers for 3D generation are deleted after the model is created. We do not use your pet photos to train AI models without explicit consent.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party services required to operate PetLLM (e.g., cloud infrastructure, payment processors) and only to the extent necessary.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@petllm.com.
