1. Acceptance

By downloading or using PetLLM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the Service

PetLLM is a personal, non-commercial AI pet companion app. You agree not to use it to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the AI systems.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@petllm.com of any unauthorised use.

4. In-App Purchases

PetLLM offers optional in-app purchases (treats, premium subscription). All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The PetLLM app, including its AI models, 3D assets, and branding, is owned by PetLLM / Siguku Labs. You retain ownership of photos you upload. The 3D models generated from your photos are licensed to you for personal use within the app.

6. Disclaimers

PetLLM is provided "as is." The AI personality and conversations are generated and may not always be accurate or appropriate. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify users of significant changes via email.
